Nu-flex is part of a range of ‘rubberised porous’ solutions offered by Nu-phalt Contracting (NPC). NPC has been trading for over 30 years, initially offering a range of ‘Innovative Solutions’ for the Highways Sector on a national basis. Over the past 10 years, however, we have been expanding our business to also include a full civil engineering division.

This has allowed Nu-phalt to offer a complete design-and-build service when working on this type of project. If the client doesn’t have the budget or time then we can act as a principle contractor working through CDM and having the backing of ISO9001, IS014001 and ISO18001. Our health and safety, environment and quality practices, along with compliance, are all fundamental parts of our business, and are invaluable tools in differentiating ourselves from the competition.

With our experience comes the ability to offer a wide range of engineering solutions to any situation. These solutions can cover drainage issues in rural and residential situations, containment of invasive plant species, containment due to water course erosion as well as sub-base designs.

Coupled with our extensive civil engineering pedigree we can offer anything from a simple installation through to a ‘turn-key’ solution, acting as a principle contractor from conception to final installation. Value engineering is a core part of our business philosophy and ensuring unnecessary margins are removed where practicable is a key driver. Full CAD drawings are available in-house as well as ‘engineering solutions’ to any of your problematic areas.

Having the ability to offer an in-house design and CAD facility is key to today’s customers’ needs. Being able to integrate with existing drawings and programmes allows for a seamless work flow rather than just being another ‘specialist contractor’ that doesn’t integrate with the customer’s needs.
